Windows Home Server
At Bill Gates keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas yesterday he announced a new cool product from Microsoft, Windows Home Server. This is kind of at storage server for your home so you can have all your music, movies, photos and files stored in one centralized place. Then you can access your data with all kinds of devices you have; Xbox 360, Windows Vista or mobile devices and you can even access your data on any computer as long as you have internet connection. You can restrict access so that only your family and friends can access it. And you get an easy way to do backups :)
