Yes, it RTM'd...but device OEM's and carriers still have some work to do before we see any devices hitting the streets running WM6. Best I've heard is 2-3 months from now. There's a chance a couple devices will sneak in prior to that, but we'll have to wait and see.
I will assimilate the latest WM6 content that I can find and keep this post updated. For starters, I found a really great review with screenshots and videos of "Crossbow". I doubt this is RTM code, but it gives a very thorough overview of what's new. I will point out that there is quite a bit of new functionality that requires Exchange 2007 (or even 2003) on the backend that isn't really shown in this review. Things like device security - forcing a PIN, remote wipe, the ability to encrypt content on the SD card (and wipe the SD card contents remotely), access to SharePoint or UNC content from the device with no VPN connection, the ability to read IRM protected (not DRM...Information Rights Management protected content) on the device, and more....
