The Customer Preview Program (CPP) will be reopened to allow new participants to obtain a product activation key in the coming days; current CPP customers with a beta 2 key can download the Windows Vista Release Candidate 1 (RC1) now.

Subscribers who have purchased MSDN subscriptions at the Operating Systems, Professional, Enterprise, or Universal level, are now able to download the RC1 release of Windows Vista.
Current TechNet Plus Subscribers
