Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2
I've been fielding quite a few questions about SP2 at recent mobility events. Here's a few details that everyone should read before applying SP2 to production servers in your org.
You'll definitely want to check out the current release notes:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=52072
If you dig into the release notes and search for "enabling or disabling MAPI access per user" you'll find the details on how to force cached mode access to Exchange 2003.
Here's some detail on how to increase the store size to >16GB:

In addition - here's some detail on Windows Mobile 5:

To take advantage of the new security features and the AUTD push to the device, you'll need WM5 devices that are running the MFP (Mobility Feature Pack). The MFP is loaded by the OEM on the phone.
The web based 'remote wipe' admin console and the utlity to deploy certificates to WM5 devices (to support certificate based authentication) will be available in a web rollup later this year. I'll post more details once that is available.
Speaking of Exchange SP2 and WMFP...
