RSAT - Your colleagues at the Ask the Directory Services Team, http://blogs.technet.com/askds/, have posted info that an RSAT version for Windows 7 has been released. One more thing that's working for our number 7 deli :-)

so far so good...

installed on my work pc (for testing purposes! haha yeah right.. its my proper workstation - i'll do anything to avoid boring windows xp!) upgraded from vista sp1 - the transition from vista to w7 was smooth, unlike XP to Vista! no issues running office 2007, and just installed win7 rsat and thats working sweet too, but I only mainly use active directory users and computers for standard admin stuff.

interface looks and feels quite good actually, and im a mac person! definitely improved from vista - im sure there's lots of tweaks available i've only played on it for 2 days...

now on the hunt for exhange system manager for win7? no luck tho :(
