After you install SP1 for Operations Manager 2007..... what's next?

1.  Check the Operations Manager event logs.... look for any major issues. 2.  Inspect all the services (SDK and HealthService) on all OpsMgr servers - make sure they are running. 3.  Check the DB version to make sure it was upgraded successfully.

Print Server management pack fills the Operational DB with TONS of perf data

This is something I have noticed in MOM 2005, and seems to be the same in the conversion MP for OpsMgr 2007.  (Version 6.0.5000.0 of the Microsoft.Windows.Server.Printserver (Converted) MP).  When you import this MP, it will fill the Operational

Check your management pack versions!!!!

One of the most common issues I find - is people not running the most up to date management pack.  MP's are updated on a regular basis.... adding features, fixing bugs, and enhancing existing monitoring.   If you are running the RC-SP1 version
