I think the top-level breakdown for SBS should be something like
Business; Software Installation; and Known Problems
Business could breakdown to Managed Services and Break/Fix (need a better term here).
Software Installation could breakdown to Core System; Applications; and Mobility
Known problems could breakdown to Configuration Issues; Bugs; and Incompatibilities.

These are just first-cut suggestions and are not in any way perfect. Please criticize constructively.

Please contact Mike Iem or Yahoo Group SBSgroupLeads
for the more "SBS User Groups". The existing UG-uber-orgs
are for ITpros, Developers, and Home users. They do not have any SMB focus. Contact Off-line for phones and emails.

Many of the worldwide SBS User Groups are publicly listed on http://www.sbsgroups.com, including meeting schedules, group URL's, and email contact info. Much of the legwork has already been done in terms of ensuring that the groups listed on this resource page focus at least to *some* degree on SBS.

Don't paint every IT Pro group with an Enterprise brush; many of these groups also support independent and small business IT consultants in the SMB space as much as they address enterprise administrator interests in enterprise solutions.
