Hi everyone,

Just to let you know where I have been for the last couple of weeks.  My wife and I are celebrating the birth of our third child, Soleil Ainsley Beares. Our little girl was born on July 26th at 6:13pm and weighed 6 lbs 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. Soleil is doing very well and is already up into the 7lb range.  My wife Stephanie is also doing well after the birth. I am home on Paternity leave with some vacation added on to the end so that I can help Stephanie until she is completely recovered from the surgery (no lifting heavy objects, son 1 Haven 36lbs and son 2, Schuyler 30 lbs for 6 weeks!).

Our boys are very happy to have a little sister and I think pretty psyched to have daddy home for such a long period of time.  It is busy at the Beares home right now and I am sure it will be for some time to come. 

I hope to post some more info on how things are going with the SBS product team later on and the final conclusions on the SBS Community Survey when I return in September. The level of responses were awesome and I am really pumped to share the results with everyone.
