All I did is disable the smart card adapter in device manager whitch shared the same IRQ (19) as the Novatel v620 EVDO card. Stuck the card in and no more BSOD. I also download Cisco VPN Client &amp;nbsp;4.8.01.0410 just released for Vista and now that works. Thanks for all the help. &lt;/p&gt;
