I've sold stuff on Amazon through their online site and I've had pretty good experiences there. They only accept credit cards or gift certificates and you get your money every two weeks automatically (or you can request it whenever you want). The only downsides are that you have to go through a slightly cumbersome sign-up process (including receiving a telephone call to verify your identity), sometimes high fees and overstock (depending on the item however).

I prefer to sell/give to friends or family whenever possible, but I guess if I had something that I considered valuable enough to go to the trouble I would probably use eBay. I had some success selling books via Amazon Marketplace many years ago...sold four old Microsoft books, three fetching above cover price...shipped three of them to Microsoft, in fact! The problem with using your wife's site is managing to drive traffic, I would imagine. You could always have contests on your blog for your loyal readers ;).

I usually do just give my stuff to family members, but they are no longer worthy. I'd rather give to my loyal readers. Ha!

You know how it is. Giving stuff away that you spent hard earned cash on isn't easy. I like my toys. But I'd like to recoup some of the investment to help fund new toy purchases.

Anyone had any problems using PAYPAL ???

I never had a problem with PayPal but I never really like it after using it to pay for products and accept money for items sold. That's just me.
