&lt;p&gt;If those specs don't mean anything to you, don't feel bad. &amp;nbsp;Computers are still too complicated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is your budget and would you want a desktop or laptop? &amp;nbsp;Any special applications you run?&lt;/p&gt;
