Yes. The industry is moving towards 64-bit computing. SBS "Cougar" (the next major release of SBS) will be available following the release of Windows Server "Longhorn" in 2007, and will be offered in 64-bit only. Note that you can run SBS 2003 R2 in 32-bit mode on existing x64 hardware, so if you are looking to buy SBS 2003 R2, you can buy today’s hardware that will run tomorrow’s software. |
