It is amazing how quickly you forget how you use to do things in the old days.
I have been without a standard desktop phone for some time and I am loving very minute of it.
One of the major benefits of not having a phone is now that I know who called me even if the person does not choose to leave a voicemail.
On the old phones I never got this information and even on my mobile - the missed call icon drives me nuts if I don't get the users info.
With Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging I now get this when I miss a call
To me very useful information
