My first post - Virtualisation

OK, so I'm new to blogging, but it's time I get on the road and get this going.

I'm really quite enthused about the Virtual Server product from microsoft. If you haven't heard, or seen, this yet then please go to http://www.microsoft.com/virtualserver and try the eval kit. It's a cinch to get up and running with this technology. Although I'd recommend Windows server 2003 as a host OS for "serious" work, you can install it on Windows XP and get a feel for the product. (If you do install it on XP, then remember to install IIS first before you install Virtual Server !!).

What's really cool is the scripting capability. Try browsing the Technet Script centre for Virtual Server scripts here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/scripts/default.mspx
