&lt;p&gt;Any help very much appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Regarding OCS voice - the two scenarios you describe are actually not in this release of OCS :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OCS 2007 is a great experience for people like myself (very mobile, only making/receiving phonecalls, with the occasional concall and conference), but isn't really suitable for those who need additional telephony features like answering another person's phone when it is ringing. &amp;nbsp;Sorry.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://www.mwi2007.com/"&gt;http://www.mwi2007.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OCS has MWI functionality for Exchange UM messages - e.g. Communicator will display an icon, as will the Communicator Phone Edition.&lt;/p&gt;
