Localized version of Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition
On January 16, 2008 Microsoft made localized versions of the Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition firmware available on Microsoft.com for download. There are Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish firmware versions. The firmware version available is 1.0522.41.
In order to run the localized versions on a Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition device you need to order it from the manufacturers as a localized version. It is not possible to update a device from one locale (i.e. English United States - ENU) to another locale using the Office Communications Server 2007 Update Software Service.
