Hyper-V now supports 24 Logical Processors!
We’ve just released an update for Hyper-V which enables 24 Logical Processor Support. This is up from 16 Logical 
Processors when Hyper-V was released. We have also increased the number of supported running virtual machines from 128 to 192. This update even has a side benefit as well. Workloads that start a large number of processes will benefit from an increase in the process address space cache limit. This has been increased from 192 to 384.
