I understand that your code the powershell is simple than vs script but powershell scripts is not working on the server core

Sangok. The code doesn't run on server core but everything has a -server switch to allow you to manage a core machine remotely. (That's the idea with server core).

Norm, you need the releases tab, not the source code one.
