(well, I'm actually just referring to Konfabul....Yahoo Widgets)

If so, awesome. That's the one thing that annoyed me about the sidebar - no bring to front.

re: Windows Vista Tips & Tricks

James, is that an HTC P4350 emulator gadget (or a Windows Mobile gadget with a Herald skin)?
Vista can send you emails! The Computer Management tool can still be accessed by right-clicking “Computer” and selecting “Manage” from the menu.

However, now you can attach a task to any event. Try navigating through System Tools / Event Viewer / Windows Logs / Application. Now, go ahead and select an event - then look to the rightmost pane and click “Attach Task to This Event.” Name it whatever, describe it however, click through the next step, then in the Action step, you’ll see the “Send an e-mail” option.

The Sidebar is transparent - you can't change that fact. You can change the gadgets however - it's in their individual settings - right click the gadget and look at the opacitiy option.

Cheers

Sounds like that key has been disabled somehow (perhaps by your PC manufacturer)

http://www.autohotkey.com/ is what you need to reconfigure your keys.
