Perhaps you're one of those who were supporting Arsenal back in September when it was all looking good, but then quietly changed over the United when the wheels started coming off?...

re: Live Maps in the UK - normal service is resumed

Actually I felt my appraisal was balanced and even slightly negative:

"There's no access to 3D view though which is poor and I have to say the multimap maps aren't as clear to look at. They've also disabled any mouse wheel zooming which I can't stand - come on guys - sort it out!"

Also, what you didn't see were the emails flying about between Microsofties in the UK who were giving you a voice inside the company.

James

p.s. I'm a Man U fan - have been all my life.

You guys returned it back.

Honestly, instead of making Multimap the place to go, how about putting the neat stuff of Multimaps (extra local info., walking directions, and boxed street names) into Live Maps UK instead?

Because Multimaps alone can't really beat the Live Maps site itself.

re: Live Maps in the UK - normal service is resumed

> Actually I felt my appraisal was balanced and even slightly negative

6 plus points and only 3 negatives? Hardly negative is it? Mind you, you would be the first glory hunting Manure fan...

re: Live Maps in the UK - normal service is resumed

Ah but you didn't take into account the red text I used for the mousewheel problem which actually triples the negative impact of the post ;-)
