None worked on Dell XPS 410 . Found my answer on Dell Forum. Answer was to (Play with the DVD UDF Format. Put Bland DVD in drive, Then Start-Computer-Right Click DVD Drive- Format-UDF Formats. 2.01 is Vista Default, whicf my computer DVD was set for. I moved it to 2.05, which is supproted by Vista, but may not work with earlier operating systems. I then had my fist successful back-up since I have been trying.</p>
