&lt;p&gt;There's a couple of reasons why actually:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* One off need for a bit more RAM - e.g. an infrequently used app demands more RAM&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Temporary boost of RAM before a PC Refresh&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* User doesn't know how to add RAM but can put a flash drive in a USB slot&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry you find the whole list a joke - perhaps you could share some of the things you like in Vista? &amp;nbsp;I particularly like the fact that with Vista I'm 60% less likely to get a virus or malware compared to XP SP2.&lt;/p&gt;
