The software is called &lt;a href="http://www.ix-m.com/LiveMediaGPS.aspx"&gt;Live Media GPS&lt;/a&gt; (currently in Beta). The video is streamed using Silverlight and the location is mapped using Microsoft Virtual Earth. I can already see some really cool scenarios for this application.
