For those who need support with installation with Windows Vista SP1, we have email and phone support. The email support response time is 1 business day and the phone support wait time says "will vary". Im keen to hear what your experience is if you use these support options.

I have installed your SP1on to my laptop and your great SP1 Fried my laptop's harddrive and I currentlly have everything on my laptop. I did not think that downloading and installing a SP1 from the microsoft corp. would destroy my computer.
