MOF Action Plan – konkrete Arbeitshilfen für Ihre IT Prozesse
Längst ist MOF ein fester Begriff im IT Services Umfeld. Nicht als Konkurrent zu ITIL sondern als praktische Ergänzung zeigt MOF seine besondere Stärke in der praxisnahen Ausrichtung. Mit den neuen Action Plans wird das noch weiter verstärkt. Kurz und bündig wird beschrieben, was zu tun ist und wie man es tun könnte.

Der Anfang wird gemacht vom Action Plan zum Thema “Redistrubuting the Workload”: wenn Arbeitnehmer die Firma verlassen oder Teams umstrukturiert werden, müssen auch die jeweiligen Aufgaben neu verteilt und zugewiesen werden. Damit dies strukturiert durchgeführt werden kann und nicht jedes Mal das Rad neu erfunden werden muss, finden Sie Tipps und Templates in diesem Papier.
