I too had this problem with Trend Micro OfficeScan, not only on our ISA server, but Exchange and SQL too. Trend has released two patches since then, and these solve many problems, including this one. (Patch 1.1 and Patch 2. You only need the latest patch, Patch 2, they're cumulative)

Nice workflow Yuri...surprising how many times "ISA problems" are not really ISA problems! :-)

Not really the point, but this is also a good reason not to put file level anti-virus on your ISA Servers unless you have a really good reason to do so...
