Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008- 1 KB article:
· 950666 You cannot set the file create attribute or the update time attribute for some files that you want to burn to a CD-R/RW disc by using Image Mastering API (IMAPI) version 1 in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 - 1 KB article:
· 957072 Windows Server 2008-based domain controllers cannot negotiate Quality of Protection (QoP) for Transport Layer Security (TLS) connections from non-Windows LDAP clients
