Last week, 5 Windows legacy products related hot-fix KB articles were released, including 2 for Windows XP, 2 for Windows Server 2003, and 1 for System Center. Below are the details:
Windows XP - 2 KB articles:
· 961535 Explorer hangs while launching application using "run as" and defragmentation group policy is applied
· 960380 A hyperlink control that is used to open a file or an e-mail message fails in an application that uses MSXML 6.0 on a Windows XP-based or Windows Vista-based computer
Windows Server 2003 - 2 KB articles:
· 955280 A Transact-SQL statement randomly fails to commit and causes data corruption in Windows Server 2003 or in Windows XP Professional x64 Edition when you use the statement to operate on a FILESTREAM column in SQL Server 2008
· 959200 Applications or services that use the NFS redirector may crash when a Linux-based client or a UNIX-based client disconnects from a Windows Server 2003 terminal server without logging off
