August 27 - September 2 Hot-Fix KB articles Weekly Release – Developer

Hi Everyone,

 

Last week, 11 Developer products related hot-fix KB articles were released, including 4 for Windows CE Consumer Embedded, 1 for Windows CE ETK, 1 for BizTalk Server 2006 R2, 1 for BizTalk Server 2004, 1 for VC++ 2005, 1 for Commerce Server 2006, 1 for MSMQ 3.0, 1 for MSMQ 2.0. Below are the details:

 

Windows CE Consumer Embedded - 4 KB articles:

·         955698  An access violation may occur in a kernel thread that is related to the Replog process on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device that is running ActiveSync

·         955376  The Remote Desktop Protocol user interface does not fit the screen of a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device

·         947633 After you connect a Windows CE 5.0-based device to a Windows XP desktop by using RDP, you cannot hear the sound of an MP3 file or a WMA file if the volume of Windows XP is lower than 50%

·         947404 A "Data Abort" exception may occur in the RNDIS driver when you access an SMB shared file on a Windows CE 5.0-based device from network

Windows CE ETK- 1 KB article:

·         953953  File Explorer leaks icon for file with no extention

BizTalk Server 2006 R2 - 1 KB article:

·         954557  getKB -GS2/GS3 are swapped in received X12 997 FA

BizTalk Server 2004 - 1 KB article:

·         955363 getKB -WSE Adapter does not preserve whitespace in XML

Visual C++  2005 - 1 KB article:

·         954979  getKB -On the IA64 platform a VC++ 2005 / 2008 program causing a cross dll exception may terminate unexpectedly

Commerce Server 2006 - 1 KB article:

·         954959 Error message when you try to add more than 84 base catalogs into a virtual catalog in Commerce Server 2007: "Exceeded the Max limit of 84 base catalogs"

Message Queue Server 3.0 - 1 KB article:

·         928380  Message Queuing 3.0 still accepts incoming messages from the network after you successfully call the MSMQApplication.Disconnect method on a Windows Server 2003-based computer

Message Queue Server 2.0 - 1 KB article:

·         934318 When Message Queuing is running on a domain controller with GC, the lsass.exe process may use a high percentage of the CPU resources if an excessive amount of messages are sent to a public queue of Message Queuing
