DST 2007: Exchange DST Tool (2/8/07) Released & OS DST Patch v2 Update

Version 2 of the OS DST patch (KB931836) has been released. This update includes recent time zone updates which were not in the original release (e.g., Newfoundland, Tbilisi, Namibia, W. Australia, Tehran, Brasilia, Manaus). The update will become “Critical” on Windows update on or after February 13th.
