&lt;p&gt;And even then by the time all the bugs from the various betas are ironed out and everything becomes &amp;quot;stable&amp;quot; they might still need to release (if admittedly postponed) a service pack to fix up all the remaining bugs, they missed before, but by this time &amp;nbsp;merry has taken over the world, so they just blame shift the whole thing onto the open source community, all the while extolling the virtues of a closed source model.&lt;/p&gt;
