&lt;p&gt;I don't understand the logic of 'printing out a receipt' meaning that it is marked as 'unpaid'???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So is Steve about to click on a little 'Paid' icon? Is that the point?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or is it that he doesn't know what an Etagere is, making him sound dumb, and Poor Merry must be dumb if she can't click on a &amp;quot;paid' link by herself....?&lt;/p&gt;
