As the "About" bit says:

I'm an Account Technology Strategist with Microsoft in the Enterprise & Partner Group (EPG), with a core focus on the Financial Services Industry (70%).  I spend my time with nominated Enterprise clients, working to ensure that they are getting the best use out of their Microsoft technology and also to align our technology solutions to their upcoming projects/roadmap.

This blog has been long delayed getting started thanks to those clients keeping me very busy, but the list of things I want to talk about keeps growing, so it's now or never.

Below are some topics I regularly come across in my day to day work which are of importance to the FSI sector, and beyond, and as such will appear on this blog over the coming weeks and months:

    • Branch Office (a series),
    • Customer Care Framework (CCF) & Connected Systems Framework (CSF),
    • Virtualization,
    • Innovation,
    • Notes Migration,
    • Office 2007 Deployment,
    • Enterprise Mobility,
    • Software + Services,
    • Enterprise Search,
    • Systems Management ...

Like the Oscar nominations these are in no particular order.  And the list certainly isn't exhaustive.

Also, given my addiction to gadgets, expect ad hoc postings on anything from Zunes to laptops to UMPCs to XBox to Universal Remotes and Media Center - unsure how I'll tie in a link to business relevance in most cases......odds are I won't even try.
