&lt;P&gt;As I'm not a debug specialist, I had some trouble to find the way out to attach my debugger to a WinPE image booted from WDS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In fact it's quite easy :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Boot your machine over PXE by pressing "F12" &lt;/LI&gt;
