I downloaded the RSAT tool &amp;nbsp;Windows6.0-KB941314-x64.msu and it keeps saying &amp;quot;This update is does not apply to your system&amp;quot;. &amp;nbsp; It may be something strange with my computer too - the other day it was refusing to open anything except the 32 bit control panel until I rebooted. &amp;nbsp;Strange.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you just want to turn on the "Group Policy Management Tools," that is located under "Feature Administration Tools"&lt;/P&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
