New Groove user group opens its doors; Meanwhile, we're taking heat in the support forums

A new user group for the global Microsoft Office Groove community has started up.  The group can help adress a fundemental challenge with Groove -- how to discover and share those "invitaiton only" workspaces?  The Global Groove User Group has online web forums and blogs that let you ask questions of other Groove users , discover other people using Groove in your country, and learn how to get the most out of the product.   Visit the new Global Groove User Group here.

Of course, user forums aren't all fun and games.  We've been taking some heat about our support (or lack of ) on the Microsoft forum.  I'm not sure how often we can sacrifice our fans while chanting the protecting spell "time and resources, time and resources".  Who's got a better approach?  Let me know.

20/20 Research Online is currently conducting a research project with employees regarding business software.  We are inviting people to participate in an in-person group discussion that will take place Monday, August 27th.  If you are unavailable, or not interested, please forward this to someone who may qualify.

This group discussion will take place at a research facility in Boston and would require you to participate for 90-mins with a small group of people.  If selected to participate, a 20/20 Research employee will contact you. Prior to the IN-PERSON discussion, details will be emailed to you, which will include a confirmation and directions to the facility.

As a token of appreciation for your time and participation, we will give qualified respondents who participate a $125 incentive at the end of the discussion.

If you are interested in this study you may either take the online survey to see if you qualify or please call us at 800-737-2020 ext 342 (Dianna) to go through a 2-3-minute screening questionnaire.  If you receive voicemail, please leave your name, telephone number, and the best time to reach you by phone.  The link to the online survey is below:
