User Groups and Community

How should Microsoft work together with user groups and communities around the world?
Tell us what you think!

We are launching a broad survey of user group leaders and members, and I would love to get your input on what Microsoft can do to better support the user group community. If you would like to contribute, you can find the survey HERE. There is no personal data collected unless you specifically enter it, and it should only take ten minutes or so to complete. I'll publish the results as soon as the survey is complete and we have had time to analyse them.

If nothing else, this is a chance for you to tell Microsoft what you think about how we support user groups!

By the way, the survey is being officially run through Culminis, INETA and PASS, so if you are a user group leader you may well be contacted by them very shortly.

I have been quite pleased with the Codezone project and the support of our user group through Microsoft products.  Our members appreciate the books and software.

Chris Koenig, in particular, has been very active and supportive of us.
