"MacWorld: There's no such community in the Windows world"???
You might have heard that Steve Jobs won't be attending MacWorld Expo this year. I just read an interesting item about this, what it could mean to MacWorld itself and to the Mac community. You can find it at http://www.techflash.com/Pondering_Macworld_without_Apple_Jobs36265269.html.
The comment from Glenn Fleishman about Windows not having a similar community is one which I would think most of the tens of thousands of people who attend the various Microsoft conferences such as Tech*ed, MIX and the Professional Developers conferences around the would disagree with. I also think that some the millions of members of Microsoft related technical user groups worldwide would also have a problem with that statement.
