How can I obtain CALs for Small Business Server 2000 or previous versions of the product now that Small Business Server 2000 CALs have been discontinued?&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#0000a0"&gt;A. You will need to purchase SBS 2003 R2 CALs, and then contact your Microsoft customer service center to order fulfillment media at a nominal fee. Contact the media fulfillment center at 800-248-0655 to order your SBS 2003 R2 CALs and apply your downgrade rights.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;For UK customers, you can call MS Direct Services at &lt;strong&gt;0800-032-4479&lt;/strong&gt; and ask for a downgrade. A floppy diskette is shipped to you within a week by normal post.
