This Support WebCast will provide an overview of the new mobility technology for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2). The WebCast will talk about direct push, synchronization policies, and remote wipe. The last two topics will include a demonstration.

This is a
Level 300 session that will be presented by Ethan McConnell.

Ethan McConnell has more than 10 years experience working in the information technology industry. He has worked for Microsoft as a support engineer for the Exchange Client Server Infrastructure support team since March 2003. Ethan has held several positions. These include the acting technical lead and the acting partner technical lead for the Bangalore Global Support Center. He has been the Exchange 2003 SP2 beta support engineer since April 2005.
