In this Support WebCast, we will provide an overview of the public folder replication process. We will discuss how to troubleshoot public folder replication problems by reducing the problem area. We will also talk about what data to collect and what tools to use to troubleshoot public folder replication problems.

This is a Level 300 session that will be presented by Mohammad Afzal.

Mohammad Afzal is an escalation support engineer in the Exchange Escalation Group at Microsoft. He has supported all versions of Exchange from Exchange 4.0 to Exchange Server 2003. His expertise is in Exchange Server administration including Exchange Store, Recipient Update Service, failure recovery, public folder replication, ADC, directory replication, migration and co-existence, Exchange performance, and clustering.
