When this issue occurs, the Mailbox Cleanup Wizard notifies the user that the mailbox has reached its size limit. This behavior occurs even though no size limit is configured on the mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.

This issue may occur after you use the MaxFileSize registry entry to configure a size limit for .pst files in Outlook.

Solution Information

This Fix it Solution automates removing the restriction on PST file sizes in Outlook.

Enable Outlook to use RSS feed folder structure

Outlook 2007 does not honor the folder structure that was created in Internet Explorer 7 for the RSS Feeds folder

This Fix it Solution enables Outlook 2007 to use the folder structure that was created in Internet Explorer 7 for the RSS Feeds folder when you enable the Sync RSS Feeds to the Common List option in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.

Disable DRM error caching

Outlook 2007 may stop responding when you select an e-mail message that is restricted by Information Rights Management

You have enabled the reading pane in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
