&lt;p&gt;Upon opening a &amp;quot;new mail&amp;quot; in O.E. 6 a partial page opens with the top of the page showing ok and the bottom showing whatever is already open at that time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did all the problems with O.E. pop up suddenly? because I don't remember anything previously being wrong.&lt;/p&gt;
