Attention guys, the links in the according MSKB article (http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9668322 and http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9668323) are throwing a 404 error right now. So it's not possible to download the relevant MSI files.

I am recieveing a message that the Fix It patch cannot be run because it is potentially unsafe. Contact administrator to changethe setting to basic. Any clue why this is happening?
