After installing and running this fix it saids "This "Fix it" does not apply to your system".

My system is a windows server 2008 standard running hyper-v and windows backup.

How does this "Fix it" deside when it is needed?

(The keys in registry is missing)

I found that the fix applies to the VM's themselves not the parent. However I am getting the same message from two WinSvr2008 domain controllers and a Vista SP1 which are VM's. Does the fix not apply to them. It work with all of my other WinSvr2008 VM's.
