Do not show run once in Internet Explorer

Problem description
When you start Windows Internet Explorer 7, your home page does not open instead get a message similar to the following:

URL:http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2aspx

Solution Information

This Fix it Solution automates setting RunOnceHasShown and RunOnceComplete to 1.
