Microsoft Product Support Reports released!

Introducing the newest member of the Microsoft Fix it family, Microsoft Product Support Reports (MPSReports). MPSReports helps Support Professionals and ITPros automatically gather critical system and logging information that is used in troubleshooting support issues. Built upon the success of earlier versions of MPSReports, this new releases adds support for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, collects more than 500 datapoints, and features a extensibility mode for Support Professionals to create and provide additional diagnostics coverage to their customers.
