Microsoft Fix it BLOG

what is a URL ?  I am new at this.  Any gmail I send from a web site is returned to me saying sbcglobal.net cannot be found! Please tell me what to do.

I don't undeerstand hopw this works, I simply want to use the e-mail adress I've been using betsynoorzay@gmail.com  

apparently my mail can no longer be delivered to me except on yahoo.  I don't know why.  I am not well versed in the various ramifications-once somethig doesn't work out its hard to get the computer to retrack and self correct.  I just want tuo use my e-mail address that I've had for over a year "betsynoorzay@gmail.com"   but the computor insists tha I have to use or do something else -Iknow nobody but me has my e-amnil address-that is no one usess my address to contact their own family--I am the only one with my e-mail aaddress.  Please Help.  i have wasted many many hours simply trying to use my mail system since Windows Mail  messed up a few month ago  when my e-mail with the newuabnt allaa, Betsy Noorzay Please answetr me Thank-you, Be5tsy No9orzat

I left comment that I can't get any kind of specific answer to why I can't  get into my g-mail-using that adress betsynoorzay@gmail.cm

let me know whether i can continue to use my g-mail account with betsynoorzay@gmail.com--which is the one i want.  I'm too tired-but I also want have a way of ensuring that my main MAIL isd delivered to my in-box,

Why are solutions to problems that are  no longer work ofered?

When is Microsoft going to fix google so that I can get my e-mail.  I don't understand why a big company like microsoft can do this  to little people like me who do not know how to solve these problems like not having one's email go through, or not being able to e-mail from a web site in box probvided for this.  ever  since getting our new Dell with Vista a few years ago, i have had nothing but trouble and no one can provide answers by phone or by computer.When is somebody going to help me.  Why spend all this money for a new dell computer and pay for internet when  i can mainly use it as a typerwriter and to  visit web sites, but never interact with them! Is anybody listening, anybody reading this besides this machine that gives  set answers that often do not apply to the question? I have lost  all faith that anyone will help.  I feel like selling this computer and going back to painting and writing without dealing with the internet at all!!!
