I have no sound on my computer...and you stopped me from using pHILLIPS, WHICH WAS ALREADY INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER...SO i'M LEFT WITHOUT SOUND...and according to trouble shooting, they couldn't fix it either...according to my computer...my sound is working properly...but it isn't
