&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US"&gt;Hi only knew Nokia implementation of Active Sync, and personally they have a limited implementation, like the lack of options to sync more than the Inbox, I’ve got at least 10 or 12 folders below Inbox and other ones in side of it but after this article I can see that Nokia isn’t the only one, there a lot of missing pieces in apple implementation of Apple IPhone, you can say “…so what I really don’t use my iPhone with my company email system” ok but if Apple wants to move ahead a make a presence in the&amp;nbsp;Enterprise market this lack of features sure cool down the hype of this launches.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

The first issue is with users quota...yes my friend's is true if you have a user that has is mailbox lockdown because of a quota issue he won't be able to sync is mobile device.
